Home Trial Program Terms and Conditions
How it Works
After coordinating a home trial with us, a demonstration model of the amplifier or preamplifier model you are interested in is shipped to your home address after receiving a deposit for the product purchase price on a credit card.
From the date the shipment is delivered to your address, you have 21 days to use the product with your existing audio system. After the 21-day period, the demonstration model must be returned (including all packaging and accessories) to Bandwidth Audio using the provided return shipping labels.
Deposit Terms and Conditions
The Home Trial Program requires a credit card deposit of the full product purchase price up front, prior to the initial shipment of the demo unit. Once the deposit is received, the demo product will be shipped to you.

Should you decide to purchase one of our products at the end of the trial period, the full deposit will be used against the purchase price of a new product.

Bandwidth Audio does not guarantee we have the product in stock at the end of the trial period. If this is the case and you would still like to move forward with a purchase, 50% of your deposit will be returned to your credit card and 50% will be held per our standard ordering terms for out of stock items. This 50% deposit will hold your spot in our production queue and reserve your unit.

Should you decide not to purchase one of our products at the end of the trial period, 90% of the original deposit value will be returned to your credit card once the product is received by us in good condition. The remaining 10% is non-refundable and will be withheld to cover our costs of shipping and wear and tear.

Bandwidth Audio reserves the right to withhold greater than 10% of the non-refundable deposit to cover any additional costs incurred during the trial period due to:

Significant damage during use

Missing components (tubes and accessories)

Late shipping (5-days after the end of the 21-day trial)

Not shipping the product back to us after the trial period

Damage due to improper packaging or missing original packaging components during return shipping

The Home Trial Program is reserved on a first come first serve basis. Based on the level of interest, you may be put on our waiting list.

The Home Trial Program is limited to the contiguous United States.

Bandwidth Audio ships our products via UPS. Please ensure that you can coordinate a drop-off of the demonstration unit with a local UPS location at the end of the trial period.

We will not accept deposits for the home trial program unless scheduled through Bandwidth Audio in addition to agreement of our Home Trial Terms and Conditions
